Need CARB jetting help for an Edelbrock carb on a Ford 302

Hi all,
My adult son has a 302 that has a 4 barrel Edelbrock carb. He needs to find a "carb knowledgeable" technician with a chassis dyno and a wide band Air/fuel ratio gauge to get the carb properly jetted. He has the Edelbrock jet/rod kit, but needs to find a dyno guy who's familiar with carbs to sort out the jetting.
Ideally someone in the general Nottingham area if possible.
Suggestions, and contact info ( PH#, website,. etc ) would be great!
