There must be some around Dundee/Perth area that setup cars, there are several racing teams around there. Falkland Performance in Glenrothes, MV Turbos just outside Dumfi both of them have won races/championships over the past 10 years or so with their "Super Saloons". Maybe worth giving them a try. There are also garages that have race teams, Burnbrae Garage, near Crieff run XR2s.

AGRA? John Fyda is the master of racing, I don't know if they do suspension setups though.

I think Agra are more on the engineering side of things, have used Falkland in the past but not too impressed with their work which had to be sorted elsewhere.

I appreciate this is an old thread but I have the same issue. Is there anyone in the Dundee or Angus area that has corner weights and a hunter alignment system. I need my suspension fully set up and would prefer to use someone local if possible?

Paul Bowers is your man - set up quite a few suspensions for me and friends. He uses the hunter system. I'll be going there shortly with my chevy bel air.

I've used Barry a lot in the past few years and it's news to me if he has much in the way of equipment for something like this.

Was left very un-impressed with their work on my old Cooper S, considering it had 3 way adjustable coilovers, drop links, camber plates and control arms. It was left noticeably worse than it was before (I had it corner weighted when I lived down south). All they did was bung it on their hunter system and play about with a few bits. I would much rather find someone who knows the car again.
