How do you know if you've spotted a PH'er when they don't have a sticker on their napper and nothing on their car?

The black 11's are normally a giveaway.

There can be giveaways, like the Lotus that lives in my area somewhere who's reg number is the users ID on this site!

Get yourself a vinyl smiley and stick it on the inside of your window... it will be safer that way

I 'found' a PH sticker with a Scottish flag around christmas time.

Seriously though, where do I get one? I already have the PH small vinyl on the back of my car.

I'd like to replace it with the scottish one!
