We could have a ritual burning of Wendy, Poppy and I could bring along a photo of the Gredge to throw on the pyre. No seriuolsy there can,t be much wrong with Wendy as it sounds electrical to me, not sure about that knocking noise on Poppy though , I will be in the 450 as all the little niggles are getting done sorted out the blanking plug where the gems sensor used to be with the help of Number 7, while he was doing that I was centralising up the rear hood, hoop and one of the screws was not fully out so it cut threw the lovely new leather on the hoop I am fecking furious but ha ho my fought just another interior job for over the winter

I think its just ...or rather hoping that its just a sticky lifter, it does clear after a couple of minutes and has only just started to happen...I will put some Wynn's hydraulic valve treatment in and then in the next few weeks changed the oil & filter and also flush the old oil out, its done every year since I have owned it..
It was a bit disconcerting though to hear it...frown

Hopefully nothing has come loose or unseated...Still have good power so don't think its cam...There is some hunting on initial start up which clears but have no air leaks...Probably getting a bit tired, its pushing 86,000 miles now.....I have a spare known good working ECU and a newish coil for Stew to try..Hopefully it will be sorted soon as there is nothing worst than a poorly Wedge...

Good meet this morning and with 5 experts looking at Ziggas engine we all agreed that he should whip the engine out and check the camshaft plus as the engine is out there is a few other little jobs he could do wink
