If you have a look at my BBWF photos from 2012 you will see 3 of the 6 all in one place!

The white one is Stainless Steves, the Grey one belongs to Ralph from the TVRCC, and the Blue one is mine!

There is a red one in Scotland, and the one I know thats sat overseas somwhere that has just come up for sale.

The white one belongs to Steve Guest ' schimg ' on PH rather than Stainless Steve.

I remember seeing a white one sitting on a driveway in Shoreham, West Sussex about 10-12 years ago and it didn't move for ages....It was a J-plate private reg...I knocked on the door several times to see if they wanted to sell as it almost looked abandoned but there was never anyone there...I think it came up for sale a few years ago but by then I wasn't in a position to buy...anyone know of it??

Cheers, Al.

Sounds very late - didn't think they were built on a J plate ? AFAIK they stopped 350i FHC production in 1989

OK, very late to the thread, and surprised I didn't see it before. I have a 1985 350i FHC here in Canada.

I have some shots on Flickr before;

Thanks James - TVR North America did the job with the exception of the woodwork that I did. This was a rebuild after being hit by a fuel tanker on the highway in the snow.

Good that it could survive an impact like that.

If you are meaning this car the owner is on the Facebook wedge page. He lives in the west coast of Scotland.

Hi Craig,

Great to hear from the previous owner of this car - I nearly bought it from ebay few years back but great that its now being restored (and hopefully put back on its original reg..)

Hi All, I have a White 350i FHC 2 seater in the garage. Ref is K38 PAP, had it a few years maybe around 10 years bought as an Mot failure for £800 from somewhere on the south coast. The previous owner said a guy bought it who was a ships Capt and it spent the first few years on board being used in various destinations and hence the K reg. No idea if this is true never checked up on it. But the chassis was rusty enough !!!

A lot of work been done, body off chassis Refurbed roll cage added, chimaera engine swap. Plan is to use it as a track / sprint car when done.

Play stopped for last 3 years for house Rebuild but back on it soon. Will try and dig out some pics
