Assuming the yokes are still good it's an unpleasant but doable job.
I would measure the inners of the yokes with a vernier just to make sure they are original.

I think the drive shafts are TVR specific as they go from Jag Diff to Granada MK2 Wheel bearing/hub. The inner and outer UJ's are the same.

From the Part number thread it lists the following 3 options but I thought there were only 2 options. Anyway measuring the cup sizes will confirm which ones you need.

Drive shaft u/j - Hardy spicer
HS163 23.8 x 61.30 - heavy duty, with grease nipple. - Quinton Hazel - QL2104.
HS166 27.0 x 81.80
HS179 30.2 x 106.33 - or GKN18200 - Uprated (large) version with g/nipple.

You really want the UJ's with grease nipples and would only buy from a known good supplier as there are some bad quality copies out there.

Personally I would remove the drive shaft to replace them. It is possible to replace them on the car but I didn't find it easy and you run the risk of losing a needle roller.
Cheers Steve
