Hi Jon

Both D&C and Trim Unique are good trimmers and not a lot to chose between them.

I know what D&C ask for the work but if the other price is the same then you have a choice, also who been doing it longer.

Personally I use D&C only because there in the old factory buildings so my Invoice has Bristol Ave on it.

Jon I notice that you have a black roof (from your profile piccy)

I have a brand new unused black factory roof for sale - the rear part.

Let me know if you're interested.

I'd be tempted at that price i must admit as the 280 needs a new one... however, how does that work - do you need to supply them with your hard top roof and fold down section for them to retrim ?? or do they supply you with completely new sections ?

If the latter, how could you be sure that it'll fit your car.... 280 hardtop wont fit 350 etc etc...

Hi Dom

They only supply the rear section so you would need to trim the Targa panel...Im sure they could supply some mohair for this...
It will need gluing to the hoop as per original...smile

I would be very careful going down the pre-made route. Did this a few years ago and found that it didn't fit. The hood was perfect but the car wasn't. I took it to a trimmers and they managed to alter it to get it to fit. When he took the old hood off he folded it half and there was an half an inch difference from one side to the other. His words were... there all like that.
Cheers Steve
