Apologies if this has been on before, but today I saw B10DYN on a white BMW on the B4329 in the Preselis. Being only half Welsh, I may be wrong but doesn't it mean flower?

Looked quite cool, probably better suited to a BMW 750 though

On a Honda Civic driven by a little old lady at about 60 mph.
