You did better than me, I spent an hour on the side of the M4 at Newport last week and the best spot I got was a Cayman.

A Mustard Yellow Triumph GT6 in Carmarthen yesterday. So much better than all the modern tat around Cardiff and Swansea!

Agree with you on the modern TAT - todays spoilt kids/drivers wouldn't know a decent car if they saw one - nice to see your GT6 spotted and posted herein - just reading 99% of the posts on this thread proves that - 'Red focus ST or whatever modern expensive Tintop - Bony's Currently driving [FFS who's Bony???????????] in Swansea or wherever - duh really good spot's those'
If i want to see a Shopping tintop I go to any local superstore - plenty of NEW Tintops to be seen in the carpark Or a black MBZ I check out the local undertakers - yeh its real hard to see them.

Since we are on the subject of 'proper' cars I'm going to sneak in a bit of a cheeky spot. I was looking at this yesterday in Lovetts Ferrari Swindon. I know it's not Wales and not really a spot, but we are afterall all petrolheads here and can appreciate fine metal.

Guards Red 993 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 in Porthgain and if that's too modern there were a few classics in St David's but only managed to properly identify a well used TR6!

Edit - just googled that Lumma thing (bony is a footballer).

In the last 3 pages the only car I can see mentioned that can be considered "run of the mill" was the Abarth 500, then it's McLaren's, Lamborghini's, Bentley's, Porsche's, Ferrari's, M BMW's, GTR's & R8's

I would say that a Lamborghini Aventador or 991 GT3 RS is far more interesting than say a TR6 but as you say, each to their own.
