Somebody to help remove a rear pad from my van

Hey everyone,

Does anybody know of somebody who might be able to help remove a rear step from my van? It's bolted onto the rear chassis and tow bar but the chassis bolts are pretty well rusted up. I'd like to get a tow hook on there instead.

I'll also need to move the external power socket as it's mounted to the step right now.

Dont look too bad. Releasing oil and a decent socket with an extender. Failing that get an angle grinder on the nut.

Where about in Cardiff I got sockets here to get rounded bolts off. (I'm a mechanic.).
