Hi

Has anyone used dragonautoworks based in bridgend?

I've had rubbish experiences with both sytners so loathed to put my hard earned into either for a service. I'd do the service myself but want to keep the warranty going for a bit longer.

Doesn't answer your question but Swss mini are doing more and more bmw work I believe if anyone is interested and wants a Cardiff service.

I meant to update this. I used dragonauto and was pretty impressed will use them again. Doesn't fix my resentment at having to use the awful sytnher garages in south east Wales for warranty work. If I could, I'd have dragonauto doing everything.

I got my X3 back on Friday after they had it for nearly 3 week, a week longer than they said they would need it for. Some of that time was due to waiting for a transfer box. Overall happy with the work they carried out, car drives better than I can recall, they could work on their communicaion with customers a bit beter, felt I was chasing them and then call backs weren't made.
