Recommend me a painter/decorator

I have three bed, end of terrace in the Cynon Valley, need decorating top to bottom. It has been empty for some years, and the guy going to do it has let me down as he his at high risk of Covid, What the Covid risk is in working in am empty house i don't know.
No heavy work as house has new windows doors, heating etc, 3 bed, small kitchen and shower room in a two story extension at the back.
It need cleaning, painting and wall paper, and new flooring fitted.
be grateful for recommendation of some one I can trust.
