None I know of, if it’s a Rover V8 engined model any decent mechanic can work on them, some of the others are a bit more specialised though.
Depends what you need doing.

T350T. Nothing specific - just planning.

Forza GB? More of a multi marque specialist (that includes TVR) but there are always loads of TVR going through the workshop whenever I’ve been there. I’ve always received great service from them, albeit not in relation to a TVR sadly.

Suspension adjustment, leaking headlight lens replacement (which was a nightmare), replacement drivers door seal, near side door mirror fix.
