Cheaper fuel (South Wales)

My local garage in Abergavenny has been selling fuel for months consistently way cheaper than anywhere else. Sometimes over 20p a litre cheaper than the next cheapest garage. Today the price is £1.57 for unleaded which is 15p a litre cheaper than other garages. What is really going on?

I was over that way today so used this garage.
Unfortunately their super unleaded is still comparable to everywhere else so wasn’t worth the journey, especially at 97ron compared to Shell/Tesco. Massive savings still for normal or diesel though!

Drove past there a few times last week, the queues were a bit crazy, was having to drive on the opposite carriageway to get past all the cars on the road.

The Esso on the A40 traffic lights, whilst not quite as cheap, but still a pretty good price, was dead, hardly anyone there.
