Unmarked Police Cars, what ones you know?

I seen the black Evo today in Aberdare along with about six other beefed up copper cars and BMW bikes with cameras, obviously setting somebody up. On closer inspection the car is full of radio, camera gear with the strobe lights just behind the grille. Privacy glass as well. Didn't have the usual aerials all over it either.

Went out in the TVR the other day on route to Castle Combe and this sureveilance cop car came screaming up behind me on the M4 sat right on my bumper tailgated me for quite a few miles then got bored and sped off - I suppose doing 69.5mph for miles on end really pisses them off!
Are they allowed to do this? the twonk was obviously trying to goad me into speeding! - which of course I do't do....

Now im assuming these are unmarked police, they had blue lights inside the windscreen on each. Spotted on the M4 at about 6pm tonight, heading towards Cardiff from Newport.
-Renault Laguna estate, silver or champagne reg FL55 or similar. Poss with darkened windows.
-Merc C class saloon, silver with what looks like a standard car aerial (ie on a Corsa or Astra sort of thing) at the back of the roof (which I dont think the C class normally has. Didnt get to see a reg.
-Subaru Legacy saloon, in dark blue or black. Reg MM55.
I am in SO much shit when I next venture into Wales, they'll be down on me like a ton of bricks. But they dont know who I am or how to identify me

I saw this one in Bridgend town centre today NV52XHY-i think, turned off right in front of me so had good look at camera mounted on rear window and 3 aerials on rear of car totally 'normal' looking everyday saloon, driver and passenger wearing usual whites! Also saw the Mitsi Evo, its got the large spoiler on back ,cameras in rear right corner of window to catch anyone overtaking etc. etc, ideal time to view latest unmarked models with interest at 'police show' ....got a nice piccy on my phone how sad is that?
on weekend saw two other unusual unmarked displaying flashing blues in grilles to front, muling it on M4 between bridgend and Cardiff at 100+ looked like they were on a mission etc or just testing the capacity / handling! Could be the dark Range rover and VW van thingy i think, too busy this time to get reg etc. trying to concentrate reducing my own 'progress' and moving over for them!!
Amazed to see how many others in outside lane failed to see them until they were right behind them?
I forget some people use their mirrors for other things, like makeup and lippy and thats just the men!
