PHEA ROADSHOW: Duxford Spring Car Show - Sunday 30th April

Hi Darren firstly i must say sorry for not attending the rolling road. We tried our best to fix the car.
New turbo fitted, engine sounded like a bag of bolts, fixed oil starvation problem to cam chain tensioner, drove car for 10 mins then knocked the bottom end bearings out to say i was fed up was a understatement.

The old turbo had snapped the shaft in two and the swarf gone into the oil ways and into the engine.

Only good news the bmw passed the mot so at least i have that to use or the boxster if we insure and tax it.

We have been to this show last 4 years with diffrent clubs and cars and would love to come along again if you have the room please?

Are you all meeting at the mac d on the roundabout?
