Sorry to hear you crashed your R1, glad you are ok all things considered (minus the shoulder)

Hope you get well soon and have fun finding a replacement for the R1

Thanks for organising the run Darren.

I ended it with a little off unfortunately. Luckily I only disclocated my shoulder which went back in with a crunch at the hospital.

Bike will be written off, guess it means I don't have to clean it though.

Hope Craig is ok and everyone had a good run.

I'll see you later in the year.....on a new bike silly
Glad you're OK mate, knew it couldn't be too bad when you waved but obviously didn't stop as it was all under control with plod.

No worries, the police were cool give fair to them and even gave me a lift to hospital as the ambulances were on a 5 hour delay, I was fine minus the shoulder, it was too far out to pop it back in on the roadside unfortunately.

Big thanks for organising the run Darren.

I had a great day out doing my first PHEA run, just a shame I only managed the morning session. Excellent mix of cars, looking forward to the next one.

Glad to hear there wasn't too much harm done to the guy in VR6 or on the R1.

Sorry to hear you had an off on the way home mate. Is that because you didn't have a slow car to pace you lol? Hope you are ok

You could say I regret my flippant comment now!!

Although I couldn't match your corner pace so it might not have helped smile

Afternoon everyone,

Apologies for the huge delay in posting, but I would like to thank each and every one of you who made it along to our first Run of 2018 thumbup

Arriving 10 minutes early to Snetterton, I was open-jawed with how many cars I could see already lined up, eager to go!
It was a joy to see so many new faces joining us regulars for a car run in the winter, especially when you consider the weather - we definitely experienced all four seasons that day!

Both halves were great fun, with surprisingly little traffic over the entire route.
A rather enjoyed having a Clio filling my rear view mirror in the morning.....I didn't realise it had a turbo until I heard that familiar waste gate "whoosh" .
Then to have the mega torque 335d behind after lunch was delightful!

Apologies once again for my oversight when booking lunch. Going forward, I'll ensure our restricted lunch numbers are known at the time of posting.

I am very sorry to hear about Tommybouy and Trumpie, however I am extremely pleased that both of you are now fine and well. It's a bit of cliché, but vehicles can be replaced, lives cannot! I hope to see you both again soon smile

As with every Event, we welcome any and all feedback; it can only help improve the experience for the future biggrin

Finally, I've uploaded some photos from the day. You can FIND THEM HERE

Thank you again for joining us driving

Next up is another Run, our second annual Early Spring Run on Sunday 4th March.
Details will be posted VERY soon, as our limited lunch booking will require a pre-order smile

Hope to see you all again soon!

Darren
