Good evening everyone,

Hot on the heels of the PHEA Track Event Post I would like to announce our next Event, our 2nd PHEA Double Event Day of 2019 thumbup

The last one proved very successful, so let's do it again! This time, on Sunday 23rd June, we'll be attending the monthly Norfolk Cars and Coffee before heading over to visit the Heveningham Hall Concours & Country Fair.

Norfolk Cars & Coffee Details:
The Cars & Coffee part of the Double Day will again take place at The Old Ram Coaching Inn in Tivetshall St Mary, on the A140 between Norwich and Diss and will run from 9am until ~11:30am.
The Old Ram Coaching Inn Location Map HERE

All are welcome, no matter what you drive. It will prove to be a wonderful car and caffeine social occasion smile

For more information and to chat directly with the organisers, please head over to their dedicated Facebook Page HERE

Heveningham Visit Details:
Heveningham Hall Concours and Country Fair is a large country show with lots to see and do.
There is everything you'd expect from a country show: Trade stalls selling all sorts of food, drink and craft products; a display ring with plenty of action; cars, tractors, plant and boats on display around the grounds. But then you have the added attractions of Heveningham Hall's glorious gardens, aircraft demonstrations taking off from the back garden and driveway runs of some spectacular cars. You can find many more details on the Country Fair's Website HERE

For an extra free, you can also access the Concours section of the event where some simply astonishing cars await. Previous years have shown for jaw dropping machinery, and I expect this year to be no different. Details of the Concours can be found on the Dedicated Website HERE
The plan is to convoy down together and head into the show to explore and enjoy the show for as long as you wish smile

You can of course decide on the day, but to help give us an idea of numbers, please pop you down here. You can only make part of the day? No problem, please join us for as long as you can thumbup
Should you prefer, please message me or post on the Event Page of the PHEA Facebook Page

So if you're free on Sunday 23rd June, please pop down to meet some like-minded local PHers and other folk with some caffeine in hand and then off to spend as much time as you wish at a lovely Country Fair and Concours event at Heveningham Hall biggrin
We hope to see you there!

It appears that you are not inviting people to Heavingham to exhibit their cars as with other shows as entries are now closed, but to go along as a visitors. Have I got this right? It looks like an excellent show but ticket prices are £18 pp on the door.

(Heveningham show) Anyone else think that the hill climb (Horsepower Hill) is going to be an absolute sleeper? I think with a bit of work that could be a real attraction. Shame my 2015 ST can't get an invite, I'd be up there like a shot!

Albeit somewhat delayed, I'd like to thank everyone who turned out for another enjoyable Double Day of Events!

We had a tremendous turnout for Norfolk Cars & Coffee, in fact our best yet! Such a wide variety of cars and their owners all enjoying the warm sunshine, each others' machines and some lovely caffeine first thing in the morning thumbup

A handful of us then moved on the Heveningham Hall where I unfortunately got a little caught up staring at nice metal in the car park meaning I lost most of you almost instantly! My apologies for this, but those whom I bumped into during the day said they were having an enjoyable day. I trust all did. It's such a great event, and one I hope to get the PH Banner along to in the future :-D
Throughout the Heveningham afternoon I bumped into numerous PHers and it was a pleasure to catch with you!

As ever, I was snapping away. I'll link these photos, once uploaded.
Hopefully see you again soon smile

I was there.

It was our first weekend at our new home, which is about ten minutes' drive from the Hall.

I've lost count the number of times I've driven past over the years, wishing to get up close. I've spent many an hour up the road at the Huntingfield Arms

So, my very first EA PH meet and I didn't even know that one was on. biggrin

Hopefully, next year I'll be in the PH section of the car park.
