PHEA Run: Rule of 30 Run (NOW FULL) - Sunday 20th June

Hello everyone,

In these more positive, restriction-eased times I am pleased to announce our FIRST Run of 2021, the Rule of 30 Run on Sunday 20th June.

As the name suggests, numbers will be restricted to 30 PEOPLE (not cars).

Even though the Run is just a day before government restrictions are due to be lifted further, I ask you to please keep to the current rules to ensure a safe, secure and legal Event.

• You MUST please sign up BEFORE the Run (Please do NOT just turn up on the day)
• Briefing & Instructions emailed out for you to read/print
• All current social distancing guidelines be observed
• Waterless disinfection methods & face coverings be brought with you
• Ill persons please do not attended
• If are ill or test positive for COVID within a few days of the Event, please get in touch so I can email all attendees. Thank you.

The Run will also be simply that, with only a mid-way break to stretch our legs and refuel the cars and ourselves
The planned midway point has a drive-thru coffee shop as well as fuel station and small M&S.


Meeting:
We'll be meeting at Rougham Hilltop Lorry Park, just off the A14 in Bury St Edmunds at 9:30am for 10am departure: MAP LINK HERE

The End Point will be the cliff top car park in Cromer, North Norfolk Coast. We should finish around 2:00pm.

I will be Restricting numbers to 30 PEOPLE, in accordance with the current government restrictions.
This will be on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the time stamp of posting or email received (As a consequence, please be aware your position on this list here may alter.). I shall have a Reserve List if necessary.
I'm sorry, but please do not turn up on the day - it will be pre-sign up only. Thank you.
Please inform me of the numbers of people in your car so we do not exceed the 30 person maximum.

Once signed up, please message me with an email address to which I will send out the Route and my usual briefing. Emails will be sent a couple of days before the Run.
I please ask you read the briefing and print out your own copy of the route instructions. Thank you.


No matter what you drive (2 wheels or 4), all are welcome to come along to enjoy this first 2021 "Rule of 30" Run
