PHEA Run: Rule of 30 Run 2 (NOW FULL) - Sunday 11th July

Hello everyone!

Following our enjoyable first Rule of 30 Run, I am pleased to announce the Rule of 30 Run 2 on Sunday 11th July

As with the first Run, and the name suggests, numbers will be restricted to 30 PEOPLE (not cars).

I again ask you to please stick to the current rules to ensure a safe, secure and legal Event.

• You MUST please sign up BEFORE the Run (Please do NOT just turn up on the day)
• Briefing & Instructions emailed out for you to read/print
• All current social distancing guidelines be observed
• Waterless disinfection methods & face coverings be brought with you
• Ill persons please do not attended
• If are ill or test positive for COVID within a few days of the Event, please get in touch so I can email all attendees. Thank you.

This time, we will include an open-air lunch stop with a cafe and end the run at a farm shop & cafe

Meeting:
We'll be meeting at Sainsbury's Thetford at 9:30am for 10am departure: MAP LINK HERE

The Lunch Stop will be at Brandon Country Park: MAP LINK HERE
The onsite tearoom is open but for takeaway food only. Please bare in mind the Covid regulations while visiting. Should you prefer, you can of course bring your own lunch with you. Also, I'm not sure if car park payments are cash or card so please remember to bring both options with you.

The End Point will be La Hogue Farm Shop & Cafe, just off the A11 near Red Lodge & Mildenhall: MAP LINK HERE
We should Finish around 2:45pm, with the Cafe accepting orders until 3:30pm. As with Brandon, please adhere to all of the venue's Covid regulations and the indoor Rule of 6. To help speed up the ordering process, and to help prevent crowding at the servery, the cafe have asked that each group of 6 nominate one person to order & pay. Thank you.

As mentioned, I will be Restricting numbers to 30 PEOPLE, in accordance with the current government restrictions.
This will be on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the time stamp of posting or email received (As a consequence, please be aware your position on this list here may alter.). I shall have a Reserve List if necessary.
I'm sorry, but please do not turn up on the day - it will be pre-sign up only. Thank you.
Please inform me of the numbers of people in your car so we do not exceed the 30 person maximum.

Once signed up, please message me with an email address to which I will send out the Route and my usual briefing. Emails will be sent a couple of days before the Run.
I please ask you read the briefing and print out your own copy of the route instructions. Thank you.


No matter what you drive (2 wheels or 4), all are welcome to come along to enjoy a second 2021 "Rule of 30" Run
