Sometimes I think so! Though tbh it sounds a lot worse on the video than it actually is, not sure why the camera picks it up so strongly and doesn't get so much of the exhaust note, pops and crackles etc. On the road the dump valve is actually a fairly minor part of the total soundtrack - usually I hate them but that one doesn't really bug me.

Yep great vid - you've got to love a 70 something year old lady who can think of nothing to look forward to more than getting an extra 40hp out of her V12 XJS! I lived in Aro St for a bit while Archer and Lupp were still going and there was usually something tasty in the workshop to check out on the way past.
