Kia Rio 2003 misfire revs wrong,

Saffron Walden, ESSEX. Any one know a person whom will check out and fix my kia rio engine. Its been to 8 garages and 12 mechanics have looked . i have replaced all sensors and other stuff, yet it over revs, drops to 785 revs, misfires then foot down goes like a turbo charged unit When it wants to, its got a mind of a disturbed woman. . have done compression and leak tests, engine is fine, infact 200 lbs per cyclinder and balanced minimum leakage. cant trace the b***t. desperate as being charged for work that dont repair.

I have the same issue with my Clio that'll need sorting sooner or latter. All issues point at the Throttle body.

Have any of them looked at the Throttle Body?

Thanks for the info, all is welcome. i changed the entire carb, ventura body with a throttle sensor and it did not sort out. The unit came from a car exactly the same I took off the road last year. The obd shows throttle sensor working perfectly. is your in the morning misfiring and after 3 miles runs well. Mine is like that yet plugs are ok and i have changed the coil pack.
