I still need to follow through on my threat of taking a day off, just so I can take the TVR on a slow and noisy tour of Chelmsford, for 8 hours, in the vain hope of being spotted

I've never been spotted in mine either, so maybe do that on the same day & see if we spot one another. Just have to make sure that WHUFC aren't playing that day

Good looking cars those GTV's.

Five for this afternoon: Ginetta racing car on a trailer on the A12 nr Witham, grey w/ green stripes MB AMG GT & a red E30 BMW 3-Series on a drive in Witham, silver Ferrari 550 nr. Stock and a Ford Model A (I think) on a low loader on the A12 nr. Ingatestone.

Blue winged Aventador on the outskirts of Chelmsford earlier, heading Dunmow direction from Essex Regiment Way.

Identical M2C to mine on the A127 heading towards A130 this afternoon. Got a wave from (judging by the number plate) A Wright

Then a lovely blue Opel Monza, on a C plate in Rayleigh. Was going the other way but it looked immaculate. Not seen one of those for years and years..

Seen loads of things over the past few days, but forgotten most of them. I do remember a blue A110 near SWF which was lovely, and a blue GT2RS on the B186. Also a Porsche 356 (modified) on a truck on the M25 yesterday afternoon.
