Followed what appeared to be a Sierra Cosworth this morning along Broomfield Rd in Chelmsford - couldn't tell if it was real or a rep though.

Chelmsford to Maldon & back, late morning: 2x Ferrari 360 Spyder’s (grey & red), red Nissan 300ZX, blue Jag XJ-40 w/ TWR bodykit (maybe a XJR-40), blue/black Morris “Bullnose”, red, late model Jag XJS Cab, blue M-B 280CE and finally; another Austin 7 back in Chelmsford.

3 series - about £13K I think

It's parked up at Heybridge Basin - think it's been there for years, I've a couple of pics (one below from Jul 2020) of it & it crops up on Essex related Twitter etc from time to time. Not sure when it last moved though!



Blue '80's 911 Targa on a low-loader at the A130/A12 junction this morning & a dark blue last-gen Camaro in Chelmsford city centre this afternoon.

It's (Volvo) cropped up on general #Essex / Maldon etc type searches.

Plate on that Jag would be more appropriate if it was running a 12...

Few today: yellow Ferrari Portofino on the A12 nr. Marks Tey, Chelmsford - Burnham & the same Granada as a week or so ago, a blue Cobra rep, blue E-Type S1 Cab, black Ford F-150 Raptor and a dark blue Vauxhall Carlton estate - not seen one of those for a while.

Back in Chelmsford & a '30's open tourer that looked like a Bentley (but I don't think was) at Gloucester Ave Parade.

Finally, and in tree-related Chelmsford news, the Wood Street crushed Seats are finally being uncovered.
