I think dual headlights on XJ-S' look great - tried, unsuccessfully, to get my dad to convert his some years ago.

Few interesting spots today: Rolls-Royce Corniche Coupé in Danbury, looked great; a Triumph TR6 driving through Tillingham, and another new Supra in Chelmsford.
It depends on the XJ-S for me, some suit it and some don't (weirdly). I saw a Supra last week and quite liked it, and it looked smaller than expected. Seen loads of the new Z4.

Also forgot I saw a silver Camargue in Cranham the other day...

I love a large Royce coupe from '60's+ & the Carmargue is the best of the bunch - fantastic barge.

Saw another new Defender this morning on the A130, and a Cobra near SWF. Saw a 964 on Tuesday night near SWF too, looked absolutely tiny.

Also:

- white 911 (of some flavour) with acid green/yellow rims.

- Jeep Trakhawk cloud9 (even though it was black)

- a (70's?) BMW R-series bike

Karmann Ghia's look so good.

New 20 plate M5 Competition for me today - Parkway in Chelmsford. First one I've seen, looks better than in pics.

Went on a 10 minute drive tonight and saw all sorts of stuff.

Notably a TVR Sagaris near Langford/Heybridge, what looked like a white Maserati Stradale in Maldon and then two Nissan GTR’s.

I was in my red ‘66 Alfa Giulia

I saw a GTR in SWF yesterday evening. This morning I saw a lovely yellow Renault Twingo (R.S?) with a PH smiley going up onto the M25 at J29, and a Ferrari 430 spider on the A127 shortly after.

A Triumph 2000 on the 127 earlier, and an S3 E-Type too.

Saw these on the way home last night, can't think of many worse places for a car meet to be honest.

Also saw an old Lister in Mayland the other week, and keep seeing an RR Dawn on the 127.

Where was that meet - the shot of the 'Stang, DeLorean & Volvo presumably had a TV/film reference.

Clutching at straws today - tidy looking "F" plate Mini, dressed as a Cooper S in Witham & a very clean, late model Range Rover Classic on the A12 near Hatfield Peveral.

Edited to add also saw my second Porsche Taycan - silver one in the centre of Chelmsford, lot bigger than I'd realised, still look good though.

That is an odd location for a car meet. Roads around the PFS & the bit to the side are knackered.

I broke down there last year in a Silver Spirit, definitely didn't want to stay there long biglaugh

Also, saw a Porsche 356 on a trailer on the M25 yesterday afternoon.

Boreham interchange is a far better location if you're going to a place like that. Big car park, Mac's (if that's your thing), BP, decent(ish) coffee

Ironically the last time I took my TVR there (Boreham) it broke down - user error, I'd forgotten to charge the battery after it had been sitting for a while banghead

Got a jump off a trucker wink
