Anyone interested in a meet in Cobham, Surrey?
Discussion
Hi Dom.
I'm very happy to meet up at any decent pub in the Surrey area. I've heard good things about The Onslow Arms in West Clandon (http://onslowarmsclandon.co.uk/) and The Black Swan in Ockham (http://www.blackswanockham.com/), although I must confess I've only ever driven past them. Also happy to meet at the Fairmile since it's close by and has plenty of parking space, although here too I've never frequented. The most important things for me are a decent establishment with a good reputation and parking without speed humps. Depending of the weather I'll bring the Lotus 3-Eleven or Mclaren 12C. Oh, and since I'm in Brussels most week days, weekends are far more do-able for me.
Cheers, and thanks for all your efforts in organising.
Ben

Don't worry Ben - the cars will be safe at the Fairmile and there is loads of parking and a good entrance/ drive.
They currently have the first Sunday of every month free, so I've had us pencilled in.
They open at 12:00pm but said we could come from 11:00am and they'd get the teas and coffees on for us.
That should mean it's nice and quiet when we get there and people can slope off if/ when it starts filling up for lunch, if they want.
So, how does it sound if we give it a go on Sunday, 4th of June and make it a regular thing if it goes well?

Unfortunately I'll be working at Brands Hatch otherwise I'd be there in my Caterham. If it becomes a regular thing, I'll definitely make it along at some point.
It would be great to get this going regularly but let's see how the first one goes!Spread the word, chaps and chapesses!
Great!

If there are any Caterham/Westy/MK owners do you mind if I have a look round/sit in your car please? - looking to buy one and I've never even sat in one. Be good to have a chat with owners if you'll suffer me
I can't make it but I'm a Caterham owner based near Guildford. If want to have a look, you're welcome to pop down our way sometime.
