For anyone living in and around the Windsor area....

Seems to be an all to common occurrence over the last week in Windsor, 4 stabbings in 6 days

Friday 13th April - 2 Boys stabbed near Windsor Leisure Centre

Saturday 14th - Boy Stabbed Albert park

Yesterday 18th April - Boy stabbed in the throat on Eaton Bridge, Air Ambo called.

Not sure if this is gang related but anyone with Teen age boys this is a real worry

Lets hope the Police deal with this quickly

I think that one of the stabbings took place on a boat. It really does sound gang related, but might be a drug turf war or similar

Stabbing in Morden last night.. ok, it's not Windsor.. but it too doesn't appear to have made the news!

There are stabbings every day. Police officers are stabbed and shot at regularly too - none of it makes the news as these things ceased to be news years ago.

Every stabbing makes the news.

If it happens outside of central London it’ll send shockwaves through the community.

Thankfully it’s a rare occurrence.

You know we’ve got a problem when pirates are terrorising the waterways of Windsor?!

There’s a lot of gang activity in Windsor at night these days. I’ve seen something every time I’ve been out on a weekend night recently; usually gangs of teenage and twenties lads chasing after or beating up a lone member of a rival gang. Last time the gang I saw had a kid who didn’t look much more than nine or ten with them, probably following a big brother :-(

Hopefully the police will get on top of it after the royal wedding fervour is over. I make a point of always calling 999 when I see something actually happening, rather than people just hanging around, but I don’t wait around long enough to see if there’s a response.

There was another one a week or so ago in Bracknell - but with no impending "Royal" event it almost misses the local news!

If it's the same incident apparently it was a couple of Polish guys having a scrap - chap who was stabbed died a few days later in hospital.

I heard that initially but the guy that's been charged isn't Polish, the guy that died was but the murderer isn't, he's a 28 year old from Reading. It does seem strange that the two came together at half 3 in the morning if they weren't out together.

Ah, initially the media reported it as two Poles - does seem very odd that their paths crossed in the early hours, would imagine this was less random than it initially appeared.

Seriously, you haven't got a clue. Not every stabbing makes the news, far from it. There are plenty of things going on that don't even get flagged up to the media.

Stabbings are frequent, and always have been. There are several a month in London, and always has been, and plenty of others in the counties behind closed doors and in public areas. Many don't result in fatal injuries, some result in minor injuries, but they happen.
