Septic Tank Emptying

Can anyone recommend a competent firm (ie keep appointments, answer emails and phone) able to serve the Windsor/Maidenhead area?
My usual one can't seem to manage any kind of admin any more.

Thanks for that too. I need a smaller tanker due to a tight turn into my place. Which further complicates matters.

I could do it with mine for folding stuff but its a 32 tonner Combi Unit, bit of an over kill for a domestic.

Just to round this off, the job ended up being subbed to local firm A Better Service Ltd.
Despite turning up with a massive tanker the chap used his noggin and found that he was able to get the hose to the tank from the road over a 6ft fence.
So these guys will be my firm of choice from now on.
