Seems very very difficult to get someone thats good at this. I even paid £211 for a road force with H&L Motors and they left my car un-drivable. Kwick fit, F1 Camberley and national Tyres, some random backstreet garage near me have all failed to get it spot on.

Does anyone have a sensitive car with no room for tolerance and have a place that can get it right consistently?

H&L in Fullwell? Interesting, I was about to take mine to them as I just learnt they have a road force m/c. Like anything, only as good as the operator I suppose. Always had good service from H&L on other work...oh well.

Oddly(!) Kwikfit near Richmond bridge have been good in the past, and normally I avoid such chains like the plague.

I've used Martins' Tyres in West End, near Bisley, Surrey (just off the M3) for 10 years or so.

Always the cheapest for tyres and I've never had an issue with balancing.

Yeah H&L were the worst for me, odd that a road force was so bad, I took it to F1 Camberley a week later and they improved it but didnt get it right, then Black boots in Chesham did it for £6 +VAT a wheel and got it much better. Still fked but I have an issue with the wheels I think.

TBH, Black boots did such an improvement I might take it there in future. Get Tony to do the geo. while im there too.

Going to refurb my old wheels I think and put them back on.

^^This^^

Another thumbup for WIM. My car has custom settings which nobody else seems to be able to get spot on.
Tony did the geo on mine at quite short notice last week. And I'm in Kent not Surrey...

Certainly sounds like there is something amiss with your wheels.

Wheels refurbed, so the 220m are back on. No problems at all. Sold the crappy reps
