Anyone have a lockup/workshop/barn for rent near Reading

Thought I'd pop a post in here on the off chance that someone knows of a place......

Looking for somewhere to store 2 cars plus some tools - not going to be used for trade, just personal track cars. Need something bigger than a lockup but the prices on "proper" business units seems a bit steep for hobby stuff.

I've got a single lockup in Tilehurst I'm about to rent out. It's a safe, accessible location at the top of Langley Hill. (You'd only fit a single car in.)

Possibly... depends on distance (I'm near J11 of the M4, so this side of Newbury is OK but the other side would be a bit of a stretch).
