My favourites (live in Farnborough)...

For Chinese it's Gourmet Oriental in Frimley. No website to order from, phone to order, but they deliver. Restaurant quality IMO.

For Indian its the Everest on Lynchford Road North Camp can order direct or through JustEat etc.
