A friend (really), is selling his property in a village near (just south) Reading. He is a mechanic and runs his business from a decent sized garage & workshop at the rear of the property.

The missus and i are looking for a 4 bed detached in and around Reading with a decent garage...!
She is yet to be convinced about moving south of the M4 tho...
