I wouldn't say a Davrian is easier to find than a G15, it's just that at this moment they are !!
I know you can separate a body from the chassis on a G15, but you don't have to on a Davrian because it's a fibreglass monocoque - no rusty chassis to replace.
I would have a G15 over a Davrian too, better road car, there again people are restoring some nice Davrians now to great specifications.
