Would you also be able to share the file with me please? - I've got a 2015 Focus ST. I take it if there's any problems with the update you can just factory reset the system?

I managed to do this update yesterday, took a while but wasn't problematic.

Any idea if theres a list anywhere of exactly what the update brings?

You might be able to find a list via some USA forums, but from the top of my head:

-Full SIRI support for iOS
-More options in the Navi, incl destination as city centre, and Arrival time at destination displayed in place of TTG
-Better auto-connect to paired BT devices after IGN ON.

The auto-connect was the main reason for me to do it - it wasnt playing nicely at all with my Z5 before the update, and it now works perfectly.

The siri functionality is good, shame my iPhone is just about kaput with battery issues and a trip to the apple shop is needed today.

Not just mine then... Took me a while to figure why they weren't coming on.

It has to have a CD in the slot.

Car off, sync shut down.

Open car and turn engine and lights on. All the sync buttons under the screen don't light up.

Eject the CD and they come on.

I managed to install this easily enough however now the siri/iphone functionality seems to have stopped working. Anyone else had similar?

I don't know about Android Auto, but for Carplay you need Sync 3.0. I'm pretty sure that to get from Sync 2 to Sync 3 it's different hardware.
(I may be talking rubbish, but when I got my new Focus I hung on for a couple of months to wait for Ford to launch the version with Sync 3 installed, having been told by the dealer that you can't software update from Sync 2 to Sync 3).
