Ford edge sport

Hi I have a 530d and its 2011, grrat motor but 3 kids are growing up fast and i like the idea of an SUV. Really like the style of the Edge in the sport trim. Any advice??

Have you taken one for a test drive? It might feel a bit of a step down/slower compared to the 530d. Also, I think they only come with 5 seats so probably not much extra passenger room vs the 5 series?

If you are interested then take the kids down to the showroom and see how they get on for space?


You've also posted a similar question about the Skoda Kodiaq - again this will probably feel like a step down (and almost certainly more of a step down than the Edge), although it does have the extra seats...

I haven't had a chance yet to have a run in either the edge or Kodiaq. I like the styling of the edge and the kodiaq and the 7 seats would be useful in the kodiaq. Reviews are mixed fir the edge but the kodiaq is getting rave reviews...decisions...
