Don't Timpsons just _duplicate_ (clone) a key though?

That means if you ever lose (or have stolen) a key you can't just remove that one key, you'd have to remove all the keys (and then buy new ones) unless you knew exactly _which_ had been cloned (and then you'd still need a replacement both for that one *and* the lost one).

Briefest summary of anything on the Ford computer would be great thank you, Any recent big stuff like timing belt and/or a clutch/DMF would be great. Conversely if it hasn't been seen in the Ford network for a long time then I have still learned something. The dealer hasn't mentioned anything about history or owners or anything you might expect to see on an advert so anything I can glean would be great. Once again thanks!

Nothing logged apart from a bit of diag back in 2011. Doesn't mean nothing's been done mind. Maybe not a Ford dealer and even if it was a ot tends not to be put on the system,

Thank you Twing. Much appreciated. I am going to see it tomorrow afternoon (it is about an hour from me). 2 owners and timing belt done at 127k allegedly (car now on 134k). Despite it being "only a Mondeo" I am quite excited and hope it might fulfill family duties as well as our Mk1 CMax has done (also a 2.0TDCi) for many years.

Hey Twing Etis isnt working for me always get the error message, could you do a check for me when you have time? recalls, maintainance, build sheet, service history etcs? Just bought seller says history etcs (and ive got no reason not to believe him) but no paperwork with it
