Mondeo MK4 Coilovers

Hi

Bought a 09 Mondeo 2 weeks ago and surprise surprise, after a visit to the mechanic, I need to change the shocks on front. However, I want to go the extra mile and upgrade to coilovers as I am coming from a 06 A4 Sline with a better suspension and I kind of miss that.

I am looking at a Vogtland kit. Any feedback from users that have fitted Vogtland or any other reasonably priced (400£ max) coilovers on their Mk4 Mondeo is welcome. Furthermore, because it is the first suspension "job" on any of the cars I've owned so far, I would like to ask what is the cost of labour in fitting these at a local garage and where can be done?

Forget coil overs On a mk4

Bilstein B12 kit is all you’ll ever need and will transform the car. Had this on my mk4 estate. Night and day

Better? I think you mean harsher. The mk4 Mondeo rides and drives better than any Audi A4 I've driven.
