2012 Focus ST Keyfob problems

As the title says, car won’t unlock with the fob, or the spare fob. New batteries tried in both. Car will start once I’ve got in using the physical key, and holding the fob to the ignition but will continually beep saying “keyfree key not detected”. The fuse for the keyless entry is fine, I’ve replaced it just in case but still nothing. Any ideas?
