Focus st225 no boost

Hey I have a 2007 focus st.
I’ve having boost issues along with a jet sound almost on spool up and dump valve sound randomly or when letting of throttle I have no dump valve lol.
There are no leaks that I can see replaced all the claps etc change re-cerc valve for turbosmart and the boost solenoid, vac pipes for silicone one.
Car feels quite sluggish almost like a non turbo car and every now and then come to life for a second then go back to holding back. Followed by the sound of air releasing.
Would the MAF have anything to do with this.
