My recently acquired ST220 - the answer, or my answer, anyway, to the BMW board's eternal "how do you replace an E39 530 Sport?" question. I test drove things that cost a great deal more than this, and would rather, irrespective of the price, have this than some of the "prestige badged" opposition.

Hatchback, under 25,000 miles when I bought it, with full main dealer history. I rather like it, and even my wife thinks it is acceptable (she really didn't like the BMW at all).

Good, aren't they? smile

Do like the red interior - wish mine had that.

Get a decent aftermarket exhaust - changes the car completely.

Just signed up so thought I'd add my car! Had it for two years and I'm slowly replacing things on it to keep it at it's best. A great fun car.

1500quid is quite steep. I bought one for 500quid last year albeit a leggy one and sold it for 800.

Great little cars though, i hope for that price is a low miler with no rust on the rear arches.

I didnt pay £1500 for it, to be honest trying to find a completely unmodified car with full history, recent cambelt and clutch change and straight bodywork was very difficult, not sure where you would find a mint one for that sort of money!

They all rust on the arches unless its been rust proofed by a caring owner, its a design fault that the Puma also suffers with. As i do bodywork for a living its not a problem and this one only has a couple of minor bubbles.

I ticked every single Ford and dealer fit option... loved that car.

What plans have you got for your ZS?
