TVR Speed 12 kit car ?

we've seen AC Cobra's get resurrected in kit car form, Porsche 917's, GT40's, Shelby Daytona Coupe's .. etc etc. why hasn't anyone given the Speed 12 a pop ? the v12 won't be sourced but there are alternatives. its the body that gets my pulse racing. there are pictures of a silver one that looks very clean and production car-like but the red one is the only one officially sold, so maybe that silver one is a kit car ?

There is a thread re which is which etc elsewhere on here.
The closest thing to a kit one was sxs' Phoenix.
The 2nd s12 will be on the road soon.
