Got to the top of the Col de Tourmalet a couple of years ago. Passed about 30 bikes on the way up. Great cafe at the top, we were famished!

Course, our bikes were on the back of our motor home smile

I agree with Urep and TVRMs it's not a TVR per see . Been around TVRs for about 30 years , but.... hey... I'm willing to give them a chance to produce a product with the TVR badge on. Yes like a lot other Deposit holders i was underwhelmed with the styling of the front. I don't think they will change it TBH as it's too late now. ( Designed by Committee )

I'm sticking with it until the end , because you never know a Lemon can easily turn into an Orange .

So far from the truth!

We took the motorhome and toured around the Pyrenees and northern Spain a couple of years ago. I so wish I had my TVR there. Not only are the roads completely empty but are also excellent quality and the scenery is fantastic. If on the odd occasion your foot slipped on the throttle there would be no need to worry as I don't think we saw any sign of police in two weeks! What a place, zig zagging up and down the mountain roads, you couldn't wish for anything more.

Back on topic. I looked at a cerb yesterday, (which was disappointing) and having sat in the new car and seen it in the flesh twice I can only say that this TVR has come a long, long way since then.

It may not be absolutely bang up to date but what it is, is a package with all the right ingredients for the limited market that care about driving.

How I wish that Les would put out a positive update for you guys.

I suppose you need some positive news to do that.

Let's hope when it comes it is.

laugh Pretend TVR are to PR what Donald Trump is to humility. It's an alien concept.

I so wish Les had gone for a quick and dirty £30k Tiv to kick some life into the brand and rebuild a customer base from the yoofs who missed out on the excitement of regular new releases from the factory.

I've had a TVR since 1987 and my current lifesaver is coming up for 15 years old.

I'm not sure what I can buy when Tammy gets too old to realistically keep on the roads, but I'm never not going to have a Tiv in the garage and my own kids will need one soon.

C'mon Les, make it happen.

A decent kit car like an ultima can’t be done for 30k.. so that’s going to be pretty dirty.

Took the folks down to Epernay just before Christmas..have to say the toll-roads are sublime. Relentlessly super smooth tarmac..no tyre noise..easy to waft along n munch the miles. Tres Bon !!!!

First footage from Forza Horizon. Not much yet, but seems to be a better game than "The Crew 2". Guess if they'll have the same kind of mods it could be something "official" !?

https://youtu.be/dncF3tnHVSQ?t=406

Does anyone have it ?

Anyone has linked in access.. TVR has 11 employees now.. (to see what roles they have) interesting that the purchasing manager person is ex Lotus and Ricardo.

I’ve got the game but the car’s not out yet. No news on when it’s available. hehe

...in terms of actually building the car, LinkedIn shows one mechanic in Hungary and one supervisor in India....hmmmm...could still be a while yet
