Very sad news! A TVR Tuscan Challenge driver par excellence, a joy to watch, a genuine motor sport enthusiast.

Good article on Colin's Indestructible Socks 3000S.
This car was the reason I ended up buying a 3000S.
RIP Colin.

Yes very sad news,
I never saw Colin race, but met him a few times at Mallory testing and visiting their unit for advice over my Challenge car build, always found him very approachable and a gentleman.
Colin came along to the TVRCC stand at the NEC (Classic Car Show) last November, he was obviously in discomfort but still managed a smile and was obviously still taken with the cars, as previously stated Colin was a legend and will be sadly missed.
RIP
Condolences to his family
