TVR Parts are, as others have stated, an absolute shambles unless you're lucky enough for them to have all the items in your order in stock and ready to go. They were much better when they were Racing Green/Clever Trevor.

I reiterate that this was not my experience, April to present day. When did you last use them?
That makes little sense!

CerbWill was sharing his experience, as you gave yours! I don't think anyone would deny that your experience differs, so I fail to see the point of your post! confused

It makes perfect sense; we each speak as we find.
I just wondered if his experience was current or much longer ago than mine...

Clever Trevor is now TVR Parts, or at least TVR Parts bought them out

Yes, I'd have to agree with CerbWill as most of the parts I bought for my (then) Cerbera came from Clever Trevor. Don't remember many problems and that was about 48 months ago.

I've used them since late 2014/early 15. As I bought my Cerb in Jun 14 I had a few months experience of older parts outlets. Yes I know TVR Parts is/was Clever Trevor, my point is they seem to have got worse since then but I'd only ordered a few odd and ends in that time and it was stuff like door seals as far as I can remember. I had issues over the winter with chasing up orders where parts were out of stock, getting refunds for out of stock parts. All sorted when I emailed/picked up the phone but surely they should be telling me what's going on? They have been helpful, did a good job on a warranty return for a radiator that started leaking after 3 weeks or so, and had a windscreen ready and waiting when I went to pick it up. Seeing the state of the place then (last summer) I'm not surprised it's a bit chaotic. They're not terrible, just a bit lacking in customer service polish really.

Spoke to martin wednesday, got my part through royal mail yesterday.

They just need to sort their web based ordering to show if an item is out of stock.
