Back when the glowing yellow ball was still in the sky sun

With our first baby on the way in the next few weeks, we'll have to see how much play time I get for my other toys this year!

No, tucked away for the winter and I've been swapping number plates between cars.

If I don't get enough time to use him I may have to start thinking about it, but for now we'll wait and see.

That's cool. Interesting modification for the number plate.

I think that's how they were made out in Malaysia?

I asked AI to create a Chimaera coupe of my car, I d buy it! Not surprising that It looks like a short-wheelbase Cerbera!

Andrew
Thought I'd give this a try with my Griff. Not sure I like it tbh!

I tried it as a Shooting Brake, but it turned it into a four door!

Got it right on the second go. Looks pretty good!

hah, some great photoshops, thumbup

for me though I would keep with the standard Griffith look, not even a hardtop, were I think a hardtop (such special one) for the Chimaera looks good, a bit like a shorter Cerbera (to my eyes a Cerbera is a bit to long stretchend in real life)

Those Griffith AI generated images are fun!

Rather than turning my car into a coupe, at some point I’m going to see if I can fit a proper folding roof to my Chimaera to remove the need for the hard panel, such as you get in cars like the mx5, S2000, Boxster, z4 (e85) etc. That’s the next project after completing the installation of modern aircon.

It’ll be my version of a Chimaera though, just modernised to make it easier to live with. It’ll compliment my other improvements (air con, suspension, brakes, EPS) and my aim would be to maintain the original appearance so it looks the same. Everything I’ve done is reversible should these cars ever become collectible in our lifetime!

What AI tools are being used here? When I've dabbled to create images, they are all cartoon-like or not at all realistic. frown

I was just spoofing! thumbup Fumbling about with the roof in the boot during a sudden monsoon is something I've done many times. hehe

Haha we’ve all been there! Normally the annoyance for me is when touring across Europe, having to remove all the luggage from the boot and re-pack every time the roof goes on and off!

ChatGpt for me. Sometimes you have to help it out a lot to get a good result, it’s normally trial and error, with lots of patience!
