This was after driving back from Scotland at the weekend, minus 6 and loads of road salt etc. The new Sprinter van engine let go! Derek If anyone has advice on getting a replacement maybe recon engine for a 2012 Sprinter please let me know.

Ive seen people put their 'race vans' on the dragstrip before. Good laugh.
As you all know I seem to have luck that balances out. I have a great TVR but I have broken 2 vans. This on e I invested quite a sum so will replace the engine and hopefully it will be good for another 100k at least and that will be more than enough to get me to race meets etc for many years to come. Ive had enough crap happen in my life so stuff like this is trivial. I certainly aint gonna cry over it. When there is a crisis there is also an opportunity. So a new engine and maybe a little more grunt for the towing duties.
