The pedals arrived and look great.

I need to get my pedal box replated, as it's a bit of a mess from water getting into the footwell, so may look at adding a 4th support rib between the brake and throttle levers.
I'm currently doing a 12mm upgrade to Stuart's pedal box so will post pictures next week.
Any pics yet Leigh?

As for the Next Batch of pedal's I'll start posting next week,

I'll send an email for final payment, and then post the next Day, unless you want box upgrade as I'll need your box to do this.

Nice upgrade. That box looks to have suffered about as much as mine.

Ideally if you want me to upgrade it, its best to get it re-plated or powder coated 1st, and then send me all the bits.

Do you not need to re-drill the box and levers to accept the larger spindles? Best to get the bits modded then re-finished.

Yes the box and rear shafts are re-sized, all depends if your happy to re-assemble again after,

Also if powder coating then this will add extra width to the box, and may make them not fit after.

Price for the upgrade is £150 plus £15 postage to the UK.

As above I'll need you box posted to me to carry out the modifications. due to the rear shaft being bigger I have to re-size the box and all the rear parts, as well and make all upgraded components.

Which bit of Facebook?

I've posted it on a lot of groups but directed people here to centralise orders.

Leigh has set up a [closed] Facebook group for his Car Engineering / Machining bits - https://www.facebook.com/groups/1649639611815791/ Autobarn Engineering

Due to popular demand, and now having CNC.
I've done a revision to address some of the slight issues with the 1st design.
They are not double ribbed like the original pedals, so stronger than any pedal out there including the originals. (no one as ever had a problem though with the strength of the old one, people just thought they looked weak)
These now have 2 hole positions for a softer clutch.

Do they not have to have rubber pads fitted ? I was advised to revert to original before the insurance co assessment after someone reversed into my griff. They were carbon fibre though, not ally.
