On the drive through a bit of Austria we stumbled upon this Oldtimers museum so of course had to pop in to take a look

Before we even parked up noticed this Spider so had to take a few photos.

That was a snap taken through the door.

Could not resist the E type in Primrose yellow simply stunning. Well that is a taster as I took a fair few photos.

Yes got home about 04:00!!

This was due to someone telling lies to Garmin etc the A3 in Romania is a dirt groove in the fields where the bulldozers are scraping it out and the A10 has tarmac, well teh bit I saw did, but is not finished and blocked off with concrete barricades ................................... but the signs directing you onto the roads are up with red crossed though them. First thought I had missed the turn so went up followed the loop they helpfully built and came around again to realise the barricades in the way to drove past and ignored the loop only to discover that the next exit was over 60km away.

Tried selecting different destinations but everytime it tries to send down these non existent roads. So ended up going many miles out of the way to get away from this Phuck up. Did not really want to use the Freedom bridge to Ruse as it can be very busy but ended up having too as the crossing nearer to home turned out to be a ferry and of course not running at night. Due to all this refueled TWICE in Romania yesterday.

Glad to hear you made it home safely.
That must have been quite a trip. driving

Hope you get all those little jobs sorted very soon and enjoy your Chim over the coming summer and get yer top off as often as possible. wink

Today back in Blighty, we had the warmest day since last August.

Despite next week's imminent hose pipe ban, I welcome the drought and I will give it until the end of October to stop. nono

You will be glad to hear that the top is more often off than on. In fact I only put it on really if I suspect rain as the barn still is open with no sides or front as yet.

They are forecasting thunder storms and ran all next week here. We have has some in the past weeks this has led to us having a bit of a mozzie problem so need to look at getting the house fully bug screened it seems. it was just over 25 degrees at 08:30 this morning and now at 11:07 it's over 30 degrees.
