Tamora steering rack lock stop

Just fitting some new steering rack gaiters and noticed these washers are a bit worse for wear, are these the lock resister washers that are fitted to stop the wheels rubbing on the wishbones

Any idea where these can be obtained? Think I have this very issue on one side myself.

Powers /Racetech have them in there parts list ,I assume it is the steering "stopper" it looks the same as in there parts list.
