Suspect that once the factory roof finish is completed that TVR still won’t have funding and the Welsh government will stay very quiet re TVR for now….
The red Griff is taxed again and so one assumes it’s back on the road.
Maybe Les is going to try and find some of the funding and start small after all.

He's saving money. He's taxed it for just 6 months. Clearly a summer car only and no winter testing.

I think that if TVR are a bit short of change the Welsh Govt will put their hands in their pockets again.

Thought Greek - Delphi and found

All members of the genus Delphinium are toxic to humans and livestock - Will be buying some good friends somesmile

The genus name Delphinium derives from the Ancient Greek word ????????? (delphínion) which means "dolphin", a name used in De Materia Medica for some kind of larkspur.[5][6][7] Pedanius Dioscorides said the plant got its name because of its dolphin-shaped flowers

And, interestingly Sardines are so named as they are muchly prolific in the waters around Sardinia… which is in the Mediterranean Sea. It’s an Italian island although probably not all natives of the island think of themselves as Italian. Bit like the Cornish. Although somewhat obviously Cornwall isn’t an island. Corsica on the other hand is. It’s where Napoleon had a holiday home. Or something… I’ve been to Sardinia and it’s beautiful… I’ve also been to Cornwall. Corsica is just north of Sardinia but it’s French. Not Italian. So their pizzas are rubbish. There’s only one place on the planet where you can get truly great pizza. And it’s not Cornwall. That said you can’t get great pasties in Italy…

Oh, and my courgettes are awesome and coming thick and fast smile

How long have you got?

Many eons ago it was going to be £45k. Yep really. But that soon increased, as almost every estimate does, and was last priced at £90k.
With Covid, Brexit and lots of other costs, it might be £100k now, who knows?

LE said it was to be an Aston Martin beater. A new Vantage at JCT600 Leeds is £114,905.

Been stumbling over the "Engineering Explained" Series on Youtube a few times now. Wide range of scientific topics, amongst others, brilliant videos about why hydrogen cars will not make it vs. electric etc. Very thorough

Here is a pretty cool one about Gordon Murray's T50 Supercar:

I wonder if deposit holders will be honoured the price being suggested by LE when they placed their deposits all those years ago?

Not bad, but i don't buy his argument for the non-reversible tummy-pipe to the differential girdle-spring. But this could easily be rectified by referring to one of the papers from this site:

I picked my dad up from hospital recently and routed via Hindhead tunnel on the A3.
Will that do as a small start? smile

I managed to get my TVR into the London concours this year and I'm glad to say there are a lot of people out there who have good things to say about them.

But 99% of them think it's dead....

On the plus side, my chillies have done well.
